In march, we reported on the opening of an even more exclusive show by the Millionaire's Magician, Steve Cohen. Steve's $70 per seat "Chamber Magic" at the Waldorf Astoria has been selling out for more than nine years. In spite of a less than ideal economic climate, Cohen decided to launch an even more exclusive show selling only 20 seats at $250 per ticket called "Miracles at Midnight." According to the latest issue of Variety, the new show is selling out in spite of the high ticket price and word of mouth only advertising. When asked about his moniker, Steve said,"I thought if I tout myself that way, I'd probably lose some business, but also gain a lot in terms of the audience I wanted to pitch to." Thanks to Steve for emailing info on this story before it went live online!
