As we previously reported, Ricky Jay sat down with Director David Mamet to discuss his latest book in an exclusive appearance at Largo at the Coronet on Thursday. According to the LA Times:

Mamet disclosed that when Martin Scorsese once asked him to rework the script for a planned remake of a Kurosawa film, he'd told the director to perform an anatomically impossible act.
