BLAINE'S BAT STUNT
According to the NY Daily News, David Blaine wants you to come hang with him! ABC's street magician is looking for your support when he suspends himself upside down from a cable with magnetic boots above Wollman Rink for three days next week. Additional details about the stunt were revealed in the article including med checks, fan interaction and his continued use of catheters during these duration events. Blaine has been training at a private gym in the Flatiron district. The longest he's gone thus far is eight hours. Next week he'll attempt to make it for 60 with no sleep. Blaine told the News that he's fine with criticism, but is frustrated by claims that his efforts are sometimes said to be accomplished using holograms.
