STEVE COHEN WORKING TO MAKE HUNGER VANISH

Steve Cohen of Chamber Magic has teamed up with millionaires, billionaires and others for a Magic4Mercy Benefit on December 8th. The Action Center will be transformed into a stage for Cohen, whose elegant Chamber Magic show in a private suite in the Waldorf-Astoria Towers suite has delighted more than 250,000 guests over the past 9 years. Woody Allen described his performance as "a religious experience." Called the "Millionaires' Magician" by Forbes magazine and "a heart-stopping act" by The New York Times, Cohen's fans include Warren Buffett, Barry Diller, David Rockefeller, Michael Bloomberg, Jack Welch, Martha Stewart, Stephen Sondheim, Senator Chuck Schumer, and the Queen of Morocco. Proceeds from the event, which will begin at 7:00 p.m. with a champagne reception, will benefit the Action Center, opened one year ago at 6 River Terrace in Battery Park.
