13 BLOODY DAYS OF CHRISTMAS

Penn & Teller are once again backing the Southern Nevada Blood Drive by giving two tickets to their show to anyone who donates blood from now through December 31st. According to the Mercury News:

Penn Jillette is set to donate blood Tuesday morning at the United Blood Services office on West Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas as part of the duo's "13 Bloody Days of Christmas" campaign.

Last year, the campaign drew 23,618 donors. Officials say that helped 65,030 medical patients.

Officials say the holidays typically put pressure on the community blood supply, since many people are too busy with other activities to donate.
